TESTIMONIAL
“The Alameda County Local Government Leadership Academy enhances the skills of emerging leaders with emphasis on emotional intelligence, values, talent development, and political astuteness. Academy participants benefit from instruction from local government veterans, peer-to-peer collaboration, and one-on-one coaching, while also collaborating on a group project and presentation for the Alameda County City Manager’s Association. The Academy expanded my peer network, exposed me to work outside of my typical responsibilities, and provided me with customized coaching to prepare me as I advance professionally.”
